Daily Stall Cleaning with new shavings added everyday. Extra shavings can be added at an additional expense to the boarder. Daily Turn-Out in one of our large paddocks, conveniently located adjacent to the barn. Bell boots, fly masks, and other special turn-out needs are no problem. Twice a Day Feeding with grain designed to meet each horses special dietary requirements. Pellets, sweet feed, beet pulp, oats, rice bran, corn, hay cubes, hay strectcher, bran, dengie and senior diet are samples of what we feed. Hay fed three times a day. By feeding three times a day, we ensure that your horse gets the hay that he/she needs. Water buckets checked, and topped off five times a day, and dumped and scurbbed at a minimum of once per week. Medication dispensed as needed. Whether your horse requires short-term care due to an injury or illness, or a long-term maintenance supplement, such as msm, joint supplement, or wormer, our staff will ensure that their specials needs are fulfilled. Tackroom with bridle hook and saddle rack to hold your equipment. The boarder tackroom is separate from the lesson tackroom, and is secured at night. A tack trunk may also be kept in front of your horse's stall. Space for equipment is provided as a convenience only, and Winter Glen Farm is not responsible for any lost,stolen or damaged property. Mane pulling and clipping is provided at an additional expense to the boarder. All boarding arrangements are made on a month-to-month basis. Board is calculated on a monthly basis, and bills are issued monthly. Should you wish to terminate your board, change your full board, lease arrangement, you must provider Winter Glen Farm with a minimum of one full monthly boarding period notice. Full payment based upon the minimum notice requirements will be due even if you choose to terminate your arrangement prior to the expiration of that period.
