Ages 8 to Adult

Whether you are someone who has never ridden, or an intermediate or advanced rider, Winter Glen Farm welcomes you!!

Winter Glen Farm has both an indoor and outdoor arena, and offers lessons year round, Monday thru Saturday and some Sundays, by appointment.

Fee Schedule
$43 - Private (1/2 hour)
$35 - Semi Private (1/2 hour)
$35 - Group (3/4 hour for 3 riders, 1 hour for 4 or more)
$23 - Leadline (15 minutes of instruction and riding)

All lessons must be paid for at the time of the lesson.

Lesson Packages
$130 - 4 Group lessons
$160 - 4 Private lessons

Lessons packages must be prepaid, and used within two months.

We accept cash or checks made payable to Winter Glen Farm. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Please call us today to schedule your first lesson. All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Please arrive at your first lesson at least a half an hour in advance, in order to learn how to groom and tack-up your horse. Wear shoes with a small heel, helmets are provided. Horses love carrots, apples and peppermints, so bring them along as well.

Cancellation Policy
All lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the usual lesson fee.

All new riders must complete an Emergency Contact Information Form and Release, Waiver of Liability and Agreement not to Sue Form prior to their first lesson.

If you'd like, you may print and complete the forms in advance, and bring them with you to your first lesson.
